Thank you for your interest in the OnItsWay application for your mobile device (the “Apps”) provided to you by OnItsWay Ltd (“OnItsWay”, “us”, “we”) and our web applications at onitsway.com (the “Web Applications”), as well as all related web sites, networks, software, and other services provided by us (collectively our “Services”).

What goods are allowed for delivery on OnItsWay
In general, most items readily available for purchase on the web can be transported by OnItsWay delivery specialists. However, restrictions may apply to size and weight of packages, or be subject to additional fees, and while we will always do our best to complete a delivery, the delivery specialist has ultimate say in whether they can transport your package.
OnItsWay provides facilities for person to person deliveries, and in particular for those types of deliveries, RESTRICTED ITEMS include:
Living things, people, animals, of any size
Illegal items or stolen goods
Alcohol or drugs
Very fragile items that require special or expert handling
Very rare or expensive items
Dangerous items, such as weapons, explosives, flammables
Any item that you are not expressly allowed to send
If your delivery specialist refuses to accept an item due to size or weight or because it is a restricted item, a cancellation fee may apply. Please be sure to read our terms prior to initiating a delivery, as well as notify at the time of creating the delivery of any unusual characteristics of the package, such as the size or weight of the package.
We will guarantee up to 250$, except for RESTRICTED ITEMS for which no guarantee applies.
EXCEPT FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE DUE TO A DELIVERY SPECIALIST’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT (FOR WHICH THE GUARANTEE SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY), YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR THE ITEMS SENT FOR DELIVERY VIA ONITSWAY HEREUNDER. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED US $250.
All information provided about the delivery status, current location, expected delivery time is provided for convenience, is an estimate and may be inaccurate at times. In particular, real-time information may be inaccurate if your delivery specialist is no longer in an area where cellular coverage is available.
It is possible to interact with your delivery specialist via in-app functions. However, instructions must be provided with ample clarity and time for delivery specialist to review and take appropriate action. Delivery specialist is not responsible for misunderstood instructions.
There must be someone at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available at the delivery address, delivery specialist will wait 5 minutes, after which time delivery specialist will hold on to the package for subsequent attempt but additional fees may apply for additional delivery attempts. If second attempt is unsuccessful, delivery specialist will return the item at original location and you will be responsible for full delivery fare.
Customers can use the OnItsWay mobile application to specify instructions, including release from signature and specific time windows. Time window request must be of at least 2 hours in duration, our delivery specialists will do their best to meet your delivery window but there is no guarantee your delivery specialist will be able to accommodate your request.
