Are there special requirements to become a driver for OnItsWay?

No special requirement. Simply bring your smile and great attitude, and you are on your way to start delivering with OnItsWay. Obviously you need a mode of transportation, be it a properly registered car or a bicycle, and you need time, but otherwise you are welcome to bring your professional attitude to OnItsWay.

How can I register?

Best way is simply to download the OnItsWay Driver application from the Apple App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android, and use the application to create a new account. We will review your application and be in touch rapidly.

I only have a few hours a week to dedicate to this, can I participate in OnItsWay?

OnItsWay will welcome your participation whether you have a few hours per week, or whether you would like to do this full-time. There is no commitment, no minimum contribution, and you get paid based on the number of deliveries you complete.

When will I get paid for my deliveries?

Typically, we pay for deliveries once a week, at the end of the week. We have found this to be the most cost efficient way of issuing payments. However, there is also an option for drivers to be paid more rapidly, at the potential cost of steeper transaction fees. If you would like to be paid more frequently, please inquire with our team and we will explain the details.

Is there a dress code or special requirements for drivers when delivering packages?

We need you at your best when delivering OnItsWay packages. Please pay attention to your appearance, we need you to look as professional as possible. Remember that customers may be surprised to see a random car drive up their street, so anything you can do to appear professional will help.

How many deliveries can I be expected to do per hour, per day, per week?

At the moment, this is a really tough question for us to answer as we are deploying into new areas. Depending on the area you are in, it may vary. Hence, we suggest you download the driver application, register and make yourself available. We may have deliveries for you right away, or you may find that deliveries are coming every once in a while. We suggest patience, and please check back often, as we are ramping things up aggressively.
